Our Elevator service terms are designed to help ensure that all parties have a positive experience. We require customers to agree to the following:

1. Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of service.
2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who fails to comply with our terms.
3. All services are provided on an “as is” basis.
4. We are not liable for any damages or injuries caused by our services.
5. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
6. We reserve the right to terminate services for any customer who is found to be in violation of our terms.

7. Refunds are not accepted under any circumstance after elevator service is provided. 

8. Payments are not accepted via website.
